Privacy notice

This notice explains how CXADDA handles personal details shared through cxadda.com. We serve visitors and clients worldwide and handle personal details under the law that applies to you, including the EU and UK GDPR, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA.

Who is responsible

CXADDA is currently operated by SK Pokhrel, based in India, who is the data controller for the details you send us. Contact: connect@cxadda.com.

What we collect

What you enter in our enquiry form: name, work email, phone number, company, country, company size, service of interest, budget range and message, plus the time of your request and your network address to prevent spam.

Why we use it, and the legal basis

To reply to your enquiry, arrange a consultation or prepare a proposal and, if we work together, to deliver our services. The legal basis is your consent and, once we work together, our contract with you. We never sell your details.

Who sees it

The CXADDA team handling your enquiry, and our hosting and email providers acting on our behalf. Our servers are in Singapore, so details may be processed outside your country, with appropriate safeguards where the law requires.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or a contract requires longer.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your details, object to their use or withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. We reply within 7 business days and act within one month. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

Our clients' customer data

When we handle customer contacts for a client, we act as a processor under a written agreement covering consent, recording, data location, retention and security.
